ABOUT
Early Days
Since I was 5 years old, I knew I wanted to be an artist. I was born in Ohio, but spent part of my childhood in Germany, where art is taught at an early age. All students learn to appreciate and understand the fundamentals of art. I was hooked from the get go!
Education
I attended and graduated from Murray High School. I received my bachelor's degree in studio art from Murray State University.
Work History
My journey as a graphic designer in the marching arts grew from experience in the fields of photography, drawing, and painting. These skills translated into a passion for visual design on the field. I have worked with many companies in the industry including Synced Up, DPG, Dance Sophisticates, Marching show Concepts, and Style Plus. I can see design through the complete process from concept to patterning to production. I currently reside in Nashville, TN and have a daughter that performs in DCI and teaches colorguard. We are a band family!
